Because these entities have no affiliation with Parti Kraft or its dealers, Parti Kraft has no control over the condition of these repossessed and liquidated boats. The boats may be used, poorly maintained, or have broken or missing components. Please be aware that these boats are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, and may not be eligible for warranty.
